Refund & Cancellation Policy

Month-to-month, no contract
Plans are billed monthly. There is no annual commitment and no early-cancel fee.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period and then ends. We do not automatically issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of the period.
Refund requests
If you were billed for a period you did not use because of a service problem on our end, email us within 30 days and we will issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry per Stripe defaults and notify you by email. After repeated failures the subscription is marked past-due and posting features are paused until payment is resolved.
Data after cancellation
Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export reviews and replies during that window. After 30 days the account and associated data are deleted.
