Terms of Service
Last updated: May 17, 2026.
1. The Service
ReplyKit helps HVAC business owners draft and post replies to their Google Business Profile reviews. You retain full editorial control: nothing posts to Google without your explicit approval.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the HVAC business you connect.
3. Acceptable use
- You will not use the Service to post defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.
- You will not use the Service to mislead reviewers or fabricate identities.
- You will not attempt to gate, filter, or suppress legitimate reviews in violation of Google's policies.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
4. AI-generated content
The Service generates reply suggestions using AI. We make reasonable efforts to keep replies safe and professional, including a deterministic validator that blocks fault admissions and refund promises. However:
- AI output may contain errors or wording you disagree with.
- You are responsible for the final text you approve and post.
- You should always read each reply before posting.
5. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. See the refund policy. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal.
6. Google data
Use of Google data is governed by our Google Data Usage noticeand Google's Limited Use requirements.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that AI replies will improve your ratings, recover lost customers, or affect Google rankings. You assume the risk of any content you choose to post.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
